Woodbridge/Vaughan Area

Looking for your expert advice. Seems like price went down slightly in the Vaughan area the past little while.Im looking to sell my home. With all the economic uncertainty right now and the recent tornadoes, i'm not sure if its right time to sell or to wait.What are all your recommendations???

The issue is consumer confidence
We are concerned that interest rates will increase next year
We are aware the GST PST is being harmonized into the new improved HST
Inventory Levels for houses available for sale are dramatically reduced.
English very little for sale there fore selling really fast
